Lobo founder holds roundtable Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs discussion

Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense Michael Mulroy, the co-founder of the Lobo Institute, conducted a discussion for the Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs on Oct. 15, 2019.

The council members met with DASD Mulroy at 12pm for an hour then had a tour of the Pentagon for about an hour.

In the off-the-record roundtable, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense Michael “Mick” Patrick Mulroy discussed his responsibilities covering the Middle East, how ethics play a role in the implementation of the National Defense Strategy, and national security challenges he has faced throughout his career.
