Clean water has reached communities of former child soldiers in northern Uganda. New boreholes are now serving these communities thanks to the connection and commitment of two Montana-based organizations, Hope 2 One Life and End Child Soldiering.
Hope 2 One Life | August 2026
The project was led on the ground by Anthony Opoka, whose work bridging these two Montana-based organizations turned a shared commitment into clean-water boreholes for communities that have endured the long aftermath of forced conscription. Access to safe, reliable water is a foundational step toward stability and healing for these communities, and Lobo Institute is proud to see this kind of grassroots partnership deliver real results.
